buttermilk pancakes with blueberry sauce

last Thursday.. after I finished my BMW class.. I went to the library for renewing my book due date.. then I look around the library... and guess what... I have found one of the book recipe... Gosh!!! what the great.. then I 'studied" that book in my room.. there are so many delicious food recipes in there.. my mouth start to watering... yum3.. i will share the chosen recipe one with all of u.. have a try!! :)

ingredients
-250g fresh blueberries
-2 tablespoons clear honey
-dash of lemon juice
-15g butter
-150g self-rising flour
-1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
-40g caster sugar
-1egg
-350g buttermilk


how to cook?
-warm the berries with the honey and a dash of lemon juice in small pan in about 3 minutes, until they release they juice. put aside and keep warm.
-melt the butter in a small pan. 
-sift together the flour and bicarbonate of soda in a bowl and stir in the sugar
-beat together the egg and buttermilk and gradually whisk the mixture into the dry ingredients with the melted butter to make a smooth batter
-heat a non-stick frying pan until hot and drop in large spoonful of batter
-cook for three minutes, until the bubbles appear on the surface
-flip the pancakes over and cook for further minutes. keep them warm in the low oven while cooking the rest.
-last but not least, serve the pancakes topped with the blueberry sauce and some any flavor of ice-cream. :)

My 19th Birthday in 'Beijing'


pada 4 februari yang lepas, aku telah menyambut birthday aku yang ke 19 tahun... well.. umur makin meningkat (-__-). aku menyambut birthday aku selama dua hari.. heheehheh.. buat special sikit... ni first time aku sambut dekat luar.. i means dekat universiti... before this buat kat rumah je.. hhmmm.. tapi yang tak best nye most of my dorm mate balik hometown.. so disappointing... tinggal beberapa kerat je yang tinggal.. tu pun sebab rumah jauh.... walaupun tak ramai.. aku nak buat apa... biarkan saja.. heheheehh... aku celebrate kat beijing a.k.a seremban dengan kawan2 aku. kenapa aku cakap beijing?? well.. kebetulan hari tu hari tahun baru china.. so all decoration time tu semua menampakkan suasana negara china.. how lucky i am.. heheh... kat sana kitaorang tengok movie, makan, bergambar n bla bla bla bla bla... lepas tu balik...

keesokan petang nya.. aku masak special as a treat to my kawan2....sebenarnya... sebelum birthday aku lagi aku dah kumpul duit nak belanja kawan2 aku semua time birthday aku... tapi nak buat macam mana.. dah ramai yang balik... so aku belanja sapa yang ada je... walaupun simple je... aku tetap happy tengok kawan2 aku happy time tu...

multi-purpose recipe 2

my second multi-use ingredient!!!!
tada!!!!
ramuan yang boleh digunakan utk 2 jenis makanan ; pankek and bahulu... ala2 west and east mcm tu.. heheheheh

bahan2
2 cawan tepung gandum
1/2 cawan gula
1 cawan telur
1 sudu teh esen vanilla (untuk aroma)

optional bahan
chocolate rice/chips and so on

how to cook??
-gaul gula dan telur sehinnga larut
- then bubuh tepung sedikit demi sedikit
-letak sikit esen vanilla
-gaul2 sampai sebati
- then bubuh optional bahan kalau nak letak..  tak nak sudah..

untuk bahulu
- biasanya aku masak dalam tempat membuat sandwich 3 segi tu... jangan fikir tempat tu untuk buat sandwich je.. be creative ok!
-tunggu 5-8 minit mcm tu sehinnga masak.. cucuk dengan lidi or garfu untuk tengok sama ada dah masak or belum
-then ready untuk dihidang dan makan panas2 

p/s- sedap dimakan dengan teh tawar :)

untuk pankek
-panas kan kuali leper
-gris kan dengan sedikit minyak or butter kat kuali tu.. 
-then tuang dlam kuali 
-masak dengan api perlahan..
-masak sehingga warna bertukar kepada coklat

p/s- sedap dimakan dengan jem dan boleh dibuat ala2 dorayaki.. sedap!!! :)

Multi-purpose




Cream Sauce
Ingredients
-butter
-tepung gandum
-black pepper
-garam
-susu segar
-air stok ayam/daging
-cheese(apa2 jenis pown sedap)
- daun parsley English
Optional ingredients
-mushroom
-seafood etc.

How to cook
-cairkan mentega
-add 2-3 table spoon tepung gandum
- letak garam and black pepper
-kacau2
-letak susu segar and air stok (kuantiti air stok 2 kali ganda dari susu segar)
-letakkan cheese
-last but not least daun parsley…
-kacau2 and ready to serve
p/s- kalau kuah tak cukup pekat boleh diletak bersama bancuhan air tepung jagung....

my secret recipe

black pepper potatoes wedges

ingredients




- black pepper

- potatoes (dikerat-kerat kepada 4/6/8 bahagian)
 - garam
- minyak masak

how to cook?
- mula2 rebus kentang yg sudah dikopek kulitnya... (rebus jgn lembut sangat.. sedang2 je..)
- then potong kpd 4/6/8 bahagian.. ikut suke hati.. lagi tebal lagi sedap dan mengasikkan...
- perap semalaman dengan garam dan black pepper
-simpan dalam peti sejuk.....
-............. (keesokkan harinya)
-panas kan minyyak masak dan goreng sehingga bertukar warna kuning keemasan
siap and ready untuk dihidangkan.... jangan makan terlalu sejuk sangat.. nanti x sedap... mkn panas manyak sedap.. ok.. selamat mencuba.. very easy!!!!!
