last Thursday.. after I finished my BMW class.. I went to the library for renewing my book due date.. then I look around the library... and guess what... I have found one of the book recipe... Gosh!!! what the great.. then I 'studied" that book in my room.. there are so many delicious food recipes in there.. my mouth start to watering... yum3.. i will share the chosen recipe one with all of u.. have a try!! :)
ingredients
-dash of lemon juice
-15g butter
-15g butter
-150g self-rising flour
-1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
-40g caster sugar
-1egg
-350g buttermilk
how to cook?
-warm the berries with the honey and a dash of lemon juice in small pan in about 3 minutes, until they release they juice. put aside and keep warm.
-melt the butter in a small pan.
-sift together the flour and bicarbonate of soda in a bowl and stir in the sugar
-beat together the egg and buttermilk and gradually whisk the mixture into the dry ingredients with the melted butter to make a smooth batter
-heat a non-stick frying pan until hot and drop in large spoonful of batter
-cook for three minutes, until the bubbles appear on the surface

-flip the pancakes over and cook for further minutes. keep them warm in the low oven while cooking the rest.
-last but not least, serve the pancakes topped with the blueberry sauce and some any flavor of ice-cream. :)
